From the mold to the carton.

Our plant in Que Vo Industrial Park runs tooling, injection molding and IML, SMT/PCBA and backlight module lines, assembly, and finished-goods packaging.

Backlight modules

Four stations on the backlight line.

PET, light-guide and reflector films are aligned and bonded, hot-pressed, laminated to the FPCA, then lit for an optical performance test.

Tooling, IML & injection workshop

45 injection molding machines, 75T to 260T.

Tooling, IML and injection molding share one workshop. The injection fleet combines Sumitomo machines from Japan with JIAMING machines.

IML in-mold labeling

Printed film, molded into the case.

Film for in-mold labeling is thermoformed, cut and punched on the workshop’s own machines before it goes into the mold. Our IML phone cases are made this way.

SMT workshop

Surface-mount lines for PCBA.

Control boards, relay boards and other circuit board assemblies come off these lines.

Assembly workshop

Assembled station by station.

Operators work along conveyor lines. Heat staking, ultrasonic welding, glue dispensing and oil filling each have their own machines.

Packaging workshop

Packed and ready to ship.

Finished goods are packed at line-side workstations, then cartoned for shipment.

Equipment

The assembly lines use heat-staking, ultrasonic welding, dispensing and oil-filling machines; the tooling workshop runs machining, milling, EDM, laser welding and grinding.
