Privacy notice

There are no analytics, advertising or social media scripts on this site, and the public pages set no cookies. Fonts, images and video are served from the site itself, not from third-party services.

Our hosting provider may keep technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver pages and protect the service.

The inquiry form on the contact page builds an email draft inside your browser. What you type is not sent to a server, and the form is not saved in cookies or browser storage.

You can open the draft in your email app or save it to your device as an .eml file. If your browser opens email links in a webmail service, that service receives the draft when it opens.

The message reaches us only when you send it from your own email account. From then on it is handled like any other email, by your email provider and ours.

STEP, IGES and STL files you open in the product studio are read and displayed by your browser. The file is not uploaded, and its geometry stays on your device.

For a CAD file, the project brief records the file name, format, size, a SHA-256 fingerprint, the units, the measured dimensions and the part and triangle counts. It carries no geometry, and it reaches us only when you send it yourself.

Questions about this notice, or about an email you have sent us, can go to our contact person at the factory.
