Mold structures
The profile includes inverted molds, unscrewing structures, cavity-side angled core pulls, 3C product molds and fan bracket molds. These examples show different approaches to forming and releasing molded parts.
Molding and decoration
The equipment list includes 45 tooling/injection molding machines and 12 sets of IML equipment. The product examples include IML phone cases. Material, part geometry and surface finish are reviewed for each project.
Mold-flow studies
The profile includes animated mold-flow studies showing a part filling. They illustrate the progress of the melt front, not the production cycle time or a validated result for a new customer design.
